Im NOT a us citizen or resident
Hsbc left US for retail so I gotta find a new credit card.
My investment accounts are in the US. So I need a US based credit card (without foreign transaction fees). Otherwise I’d need to pay 2-5% extra and I’d need to deal with moving funds internationally. If it’s a US credit card, it’s just ACH.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
Time ago payoneer was offering usa accounts, maybe they offer cards as well
us.hsbc.com still offers services for non us residents.
But premier and up only?
Do you have an LLC or business account?
A USD based card or a US territory card? You can get USD accounts in most countries not just the US
I think the issue is sending the ach to pay it off. Think they want to avoid sending that money internationally, if even to a usd card, but in a non US bank

Going to be extremely difficult with no credit history. I just went through this with my wife.
You’ll need an ITIN with a reason for an ITIN, plus at least 1 year of building a solid credit history to qualify for a card good enough to have no foreign fees. The first card you’ll get with likely be a secure credit card which will also require you to transfer funds from your own U.S. bank account which is another difficult hurdle because you’ll need an itin for that plus proof of residency like a utility bill if you don’t have any US ID.
credit cards don’t allow ACH.
Hiw ilegal onmigrants get caras there?, maybe online banking + an usa address is the way to go .
