Left is the newer expedition north solar powered 36mm (sapphire crystal is flat, screw down crown and 100m water resistant).
No idea what the one on the right is specifically, but back says “Stainless Steel Case / Water Resistant / Circa 2008”. Also the crystal is domed. Case diameter seems identical. Quartz not Solar.
What would be your preference between the two and why? Curious what people pick.
It’s not titanium, it’s steel with a bead blast finish. They do make an expedition north Ti that is a mechanical automatic but this one is just a cheap solar quartz.
The finish on it actually makes it look and feel kinda like plastic.
