I think it’s very difficult if you don’t have cédula. But interested to see if someone else has a more helpful take.
It’s probably cheaper to not have insurance and just pay the bill when you need to see a doctor or visit the hospital. It wouldn’t be more than a few hundred bucks max. Even for a few days in the hospital.
