How I look at it you can have 2 views on Coach Pop and his run with the Spurs:

1. Dude had Duncan, Robinson, Manu, and Parker so of course a lot of Championships were won

2. Look at Lakers or Clippers to realize that a team of superstars doesn’t automatically equate to wins. And somehow Pop made a bunch of egos work together.

I believe in #2 because of the coaching staff to become head coaches and just watching him.
