Hey! I love wearing proper watches but miss the fitness/sleep tracking aspects of something like a Fitbit or Apple Watch. What do y’all use for this, or do you dual wield on both wrists? Any good minimal alternatives to something with a screen?

I used to wear a health monitor thingy on one wrist and my watch on the other. I forget the brand, but it was small and looked more like a bracelet than a watch like the AW.

Somewhere around r/watches I saw a smart strap, that has electronics where the buckle usually is. It was something similar to this, but not for Rolex only.

If you want to combine health monitoring with an actual watch, Withings makes what I think are nice-looking watches. Personally smartwatches/fitness trackers aren’t my thing, but if I were to get such a device, the Scanwatch Horizon would probably be my first choice - according to the Withings site, the watch does pulse ox, heart rate, sleep score, and ECG.

I bought an oversized velcro strap for my Fitbit charge 5 so I can wear it around my ankle. It works great and still accurately tracks all my metrics.
