I want to start by saying that my family owns an estate jewelry store so I acquired 8/12 by “stealing” from them. I got my first watch in this box probably over 15 years ago and have been building the collection ever since, but it’s grown faster in the last year or two as I’ve gotten more into watches. I find it kind of funny that the Panerai is worth more than the rest of the box combined but I love that thing. I moved in the last year and my father fired me the Panerai after sending it off to get fully serviced as a going away present so there’s a sentimental attachment too.
