How did you suddenly come up with the idea for your business or businesses? Where did it come from?

    I tried a few, some trendy, all failed. Then I finally asked myself… what do I actually have real skills and knowledge in? Turns out going with what you know makes the whole process much simpler

    Fell into it. Got a chance job at a company that does what i now do and learned the industry. Saw the insane profitability of it. The natural order of things to eventually start my own.

    I’ve been doing internal recruiting at various larger companies for a long time. Finally went off on my own and started my own recruiting agency. In the first six months I’ve done about $200k in revenue.

    Always grew cannabis since I was 15. Growing plants was my passion. When I turned 30 I was trying to find a business to start - was thinking of building bike trails and getting government contracts since I had experience building trails for the government. As I had my plants started and nowhere to plant them that year and was trying to plan how to get government contracts for trails jobs. It hit me- it’s medically legal in My state at the time. Maybe I could do it as a business! That was ten years ago and I’ve never looked back- best decision I could have made in my life. It was my destiny, but I didn’t realize it because it was socially on the fringes. In hindsight it was so obvious, but I couldn’t see the potential because it wasn’t something you could tell grandma about at the time. Hindsight is 20/20 but it fell in with my passion, and the timing was perfect to create something that I could never replicate.

    For me, I interpret this problem as How did you find what problem you wanted to solve. I have been facing a problem for several years myself and cannot find a usable solution, then I just want to realize one. That’s my vision.

        Im trying the same rn in Germany with vapor Blaster. There is no competition in affrodable blasters under 10k… they start at 13k in England plus Tax plus Delivery… but i have some production “issues” to solve first…

        Tried to purchase one Last year IT was a Hassle

    At work we used an expensive system that was poorly designed and awkward to use, but we and others really had no other options because it was such a niche product. I knew I could create a better system and I did (and quickly got much of the domestic market before my competitors could catch up with their old technology) .

        Bro honestly most people start a business in whatever field they’re already working… but instead of doing it for the company they’re working for, they just start doing it for themselves. As you can see, most people have told you they already had experience in that industry and just decided to venture on their own. They weren’t laying down in their bed and a new idea just popped in their head. So get a job in an industry you’re interested in, pay attention on what the company you work for sells and who they sell it to. Then learn to provide those same services/products and one day start doing it on your own…

    The fastest and most safest way to be successful is to already do a business that is working, look for it’s weaknesses and offer a better product/service than they have created. Your chance of success is 90% higher that way as opposed to creating something brand new.

    I want to build a recycle plant and have a franchise business model.
    Does your city need a recycling - we will built it and have it running.

    Great for business, great for environment.
