Doesn’t apply. A fogger uses glycol-based or glycerin-based fluids to create the fog. The banned devices use a “explosive” to ignite the content of the “bomb”

Also the smoke photography fad is way over rated, it’s the vaping of photography, or maybe it’s the old batman TV show fanbase.

The list is very specific , it does not. Appear to impact normal colored smoke. It appears to target devices that look like real devices. Like the simulation cans that appear to be cs but are just smoke, devices that mimic flashbang and military grenades. I can’t find Mc 18 smoke grenade but

I’ve seen posts from airaoft smoke company’s says they are legal within the new ATFE release. The ATFE lists the em55 , specifically, but not the tp40. I’m assuming normal colored smoke that yall use is going to be a ok. I wrote a big smoke retailer for clarification. Also every store would be break federal laws right now if normal smoke devices were illegal now.

Here is the list of newly regulated devices

That sucks. I got some atmosphere in a can to try out from adorama. No way it can put out the smoke density an Enola Gaye can. Oh well

Nothing like a flash bang to get your BIF photo’s to express a sense of urgency.
