Hello, Let’s say i have a medical question that can be classified into two medical specialties, for example a question can be answered by an “Oncologist and a Dermatologist”, while some other texts should only be classified to one class for example a “Dermatologist” only, how should I do that?

I’m new to NLP and I haven’t found the exact name for this case so that I can google it. Thank you in advance.
