I have tried everything to get the audio drivers wokring on my FW 13 Intel 13 Gen laptop, but nothing seems to work.

Steps taken so far:

- Updated Windows 11 to latest edition. (23H2)

- Tried Windows update a bunch of times, no new drivers seem to download, even under optional drivers.

- Removed drivers using DDU, and even just uninstalling them manually, then reinstalling driver bundle and running Windows update.

- Tried to extract the bundle and install it manually (didn’t find anything labelled audio driver).

- Tried using the Device Manager to install drivers.

So far none of these seem to work. IDK why this seems to be a common problem among FW laptops.

Any help is greatly appreciated

So the speakers themselves are fine, i’ve dual booted the system and on linux i have no problems. However, on Windows 11 it seems to be a driver issue. In device manager it says Intel High Definition Audio device drivers not found.

If you use the Intel iGPU driver installer, the audio drivers should be bundled in there.
