I know spo is a well respected coach but the last 5 minutes of that game was crazy. Josh richardson the only starter with negative net rating, lost all defensive assignments and contributed nothing offensively. Surely you can bring another defender in to stop a bucket or two. Towards the end, no one was running anything offensively. Everything was an iso, butler brick trying to draw a foul, bam brick jumper, rookie bricked, butler going for a 3 when needing a 2. (Heats had a timeout left but decided not to use it). I know coaches didn’t want to face a set defense but the defense was already set. You can call a timeout there lol
Tbf not calling the timeout there was the right choice, Knicks had their shooters out there playing VERY small Randle at C, DVC, IQ, Brunson, RJ is NOT our best defensive lineup. Probably should’ve tried to let bam take the last shot
