Yeah, the problem was not doing this from the jump. This is how everyone should work for their capitalist overlords all the time: Do exactly what your job is, during your scheduled working hours. Do it well, and go home.

Unions aren’t enough to fix the fucked up system that benefits free at the expense of the many, but it’s a good place to start.
The union that they’re already in should have had them doing this already. And posting it like “We’ll return to greater exploitation later” isn’t a great look.
