This was the same in Bangkok last year, good locations where all like $1500.

I’m not really sure if nomading can be done anymore without staying hostels?

Back to being an expat and signing 12 month contracts I guess. Or maybe you can take over leases from other people?

    For Thailand, check out this website called Renthub. Granted, I’m in Chiang Mai but I was able to pull a last minute month rental of a 1B/1Ba for about 400$

      If you just go and visit Residences for a day, you could’ve had a really nice one for 250/350.

      That’s how I secured a condo in CNX last year with balcony, walk in closet and insane views.
