Jesus i thought that was Pete Davidson in black face.
I was seriously shocked for a min thinking “there’s no way in hell someone is doing black face in 2023”. But then I thought, “I guess maybe Pete Davidson can get away with it???”. Then I realized it in fact was not Pete Davidson.
He is affectionately referred to as “Black Pete.”

Crazy how mainstream the NBA has become that the 4th best player on a non championship contending team is being featured in a skit. I know he’s a big personality but still.
