Whether a team is under or over performing, who’s gonna be a complete opposite by the end of the season compared to now?

Suns feel like they’re a bit under the radar. They’re 11-6, inexplicably lost to the Spurs twice to give them 2 of their only 3 wins, have missed Booker for 8 games and Beal for 14.

Their 3 stars haven’t played a single game together and they’re 11-6 and 4th in the West. 1.5 games out of 1st.

Maybe injuries plague them but they’ll be a problem if they’re healthy and build chemistry. A healthy Suns team is easily pushing 55-60 wins and the 1 seed. They’re the new 2021 Nets where only injuries can stop them from dominating the West

I would make the exact opposite argument. Suns are on a 7 game win streak but the teams they’ve played in that span:

      Wolves (good win)

      Jazz

      Jazz

      Blazers

Warriors (in horrible form and missing Draymond)

      Grizzlies

      Knicks (good win)

Only two games were actually difficult.

If you go through their remaining 4 wins from earlier in the season, they were against:

      Warriors

      Jazz

      Pistons

      Bulls

So they only have 2 of their 11 wins against .500 or above teams (albeit they played them more recently).

In comparison, Lakers have really struggled in the opening season yet 5 of their 10 wins are against teams .500 or above. This is not to say Lakers are good, I just offered my own team as comparison.
