I’ve been building a business for a few months but still have a ton of work ahead of me. I’m trying to view my to-do list as exciting - focusing on the potential to transform my life for the better - but I often feel overwhelmed instead.
Anyone have any entrepreneurial stories/books/etc. that you’ve used to maintain the correct mindset while you’ve built your business?
No books but I found that having a running list at a fairly fine granularity was helpful. Then given a few hours I could say. ‘which of these can I finish now’ and knock one out. If you can’t complete an item on the list in your normal amount of work time -4-8 hrs the. It should be smaller. Good luck
