I’m subscribed to Kagi, but I wonder: At what occasion do they issue the promotional codes one can enter during subscription to get a discount? Do they occasionally have special days or so, where it’s cheaper to subscribe? Or are they only issued rarely and/or only to individuals?

You’ll have better luck on their Discord. I’ve seen them do a deal with Ente for a short term discount. There’s also guest invites you can send every quarter (IIRC). I don’t recall any seasonal discounts
