The raptors have 9 wins, 4 of them have come against the wolves, bucks, mavs and suns who have a combined record of 48-23 LOL

On the schedule they may look like an easy matchup, but they can put up a fight against any team

If team has a superstar and OG + Barnes are playing, we may have a chance by terrorizing their efficiency.

Also if your team has good rim protection we are fucked.

They lost pretty decisively to the Celtics and Sixers.

I think the Raptors are just a good test of whether a team is contending or just competing. If a team doesn’t have good rim protection they’ll just form a layup line. If a team is helpless when their main scorers aren’t able to get good shots then they’ll expose that. But the Raptors aren’t really capable of winning against teams with genuinely good defenses or deep teams with role players who can go off.

Weirdly enough the past few seasons it feels like the Raps lose to bottom tier teams but always pull out ridiculous wins against better teams.

Raptors are one of the worse teams to bet on. They lose to opponents they should beat (Portland earlier this season) and when odds are stacked against them, they win. This game for instance, Suns were on a hot streak of 7 wins and the Raptors were on a back to back losing to the Nets the night before and didn’t get back to Toronto till 4am due to flight delays. They show up for the good teams and inconsistently play down to bad teams.

Also took Boston down to the wire in 1 of our games against them. They’ve really shown inconsistent effort this year.
