By “small franchises” I mean things like a cleaning company franchise, a cruise planner, or a tutoring service. Nothing big like a McDonalds, Dunkin’, or Taco Bell.

    You have been institutionalized for an embarrassing number of years, K-12 at taxpayer expense. Please don’t make the nice taxpayers cry.
