I’m surprised teams are so high on him, he has some dirt in his background, his size isn’t that spectacular, he didn’t dominate in college The G-League. How is he so highly regarded?

    Guards often look like shit in their rookie seasons. Just as Trae Young and Darius Garland. He’ll (probably) be fine.

      It all depends how he spends his next two summers. You can call him a bust if hes shooting 10% after 3 seasons, but after 20 games lol.

      Scoot scooting 22% from 3 is arguably more concerning than someone like Trae shooting bad to start his career, since it actually lines up with his known flaws pre draft and there isn’t a clear regression to the mean to reasonably anticipate
