Well I knew about the atlanta one because of that murder, but I didn’t know about the mayor and whoever shitcanning the effort (also led by Democrats), so that fucking sucks. And a fair point.
I also didn’t know there were more, although the article about that doesn’t say specifically the Democrats are doing them, but to be fair there’s about 400 metro areas, and only seven listed in that article, so that’s not “every” metro area anyway. By, like, 393.
So, look, i agree there are terrible Democrats that need to be ousted, for sure. Supporting the Iraq War was a big disaster which should have ended careers and so on. And if the People’s Peace Party or Jimbobs Collective Avengers has a candidate that’s better, then fine by me. But there’s no other party for the vast majority of the country. So I’m not sure what your solution is supposed to be other than keep allowing fascism to flow freely through the repuibliQans.
Just saying “Democrats suck” is firstly dismissing those places where they don’t suck (not sucking doesn’t get an article written about it either, which doesn’t help my point), but also what’s the fucking plan then?
