RIP Foggy. That guy once took a slap shot so hard it went through the back of the net.
I mean if you’ve watched Daredevil Born Again… Yeah. Foggy is dead. They really don’t try and make it ambiguous.
Now he’s rumored to appear in some flashbacks in the future, but that’s a flashback.
I wish he wasn’t dead, but he is.
I haven’t read any of the comics, but my understanding is that he faked his death at one point, so fans were hoping that would be adapted into the series.
As they say, no one stays dead except Bucky, Jason Todd, and Uncle Ben. At this point only Uncle Ben stays dead. So comics are always reviving people.
It they want to revive Foggy and have a good story for it, I’m in, but otherwise it’s ok if he stays dead.

I mean there are a lot of storylines out there, looking online it sounds like it was offered, but didn’t happen. However I think in that case it would have been a clone, which maybe doesn’t count? I think the idea is that once killed, they stay dead.
