    the sense of self isn’t constant and is totally malleable! i’ve had these experiences where everything is me, so that’s my brainwaves moving real slow. there’s no real self, it’s just if my brain decides to move fast or slow. identity isn’t real.

        yeah! i’m just not sure if i get it. sometimes i feel like i get it but then it’s like… who is getting it? and then i get confused lol
