I remembered just a little to late where the anxiety of responding late caused me to delay responding even further and now im stuck in a time based guilt loop, and now its for sure way to late to respond to the text and now im more guilty.

I very often go to text someone I hadn’t texted in a while only to find the last text I thought I sent I never actually sent and the message was still sitting in the input box a month later. Oops.
