Due to the equinox effect, there’s approximately a double chance of seeing the northern lights, as the sun likely reached the end of a period of solar maximum activity in 10/24

I’m now worried about the sun becoming inactive.
I realized the other day some people spend huge amounts of money to see northern lights. And im here like its too cold for me to go to the front yard to see them tonight, maybe tomorrow.
