That’s great! I bought a new one from the original manufacturer, but it’s worse than the old one. Maybe I should’ve bought a cheap one instead.

Quick reminder that Amazon pays virtually no tax, throws hundreds of tons of viable goods into landfill, pays its workers a pittance and is aggressively anti-union, steals product designs for its Amazon Basics range and undercuts the original manufacturers, and manipulates markets. Don’t give them a penny.
Similarly dull, but I bought a Henry recently after years of having a Dyson Animal and the difference is night and day. It’s vastly less convenient but the suction of the Henry is on another level.
