They don’t want people to know what’s going on, both in the US and internationally. It makes it so those in still in their bubbles stay there, and the fascists in charge also don’t want to give opponents and resistance groups fuel, as the article outlines.

People outside of the country think that nothing is happening to resist fascism because they’re reliant on the media to tell them that things are happening. Why would a fascist government allow the media or citizens to report on that? It’s the whole reason the major outlets are controlled and owned by the Epstein class.
