No idea. However, I would advise against Snapdragon chip laptops as they almost always use soldered memory while being really expensive, plus, they tend to have terrible Linux support. Even Intel 13th gen or older Ryzen chips are fine (I’m currently using a laptop running the Intel i7 1360P), they might just run a bit hotter. Obviously, Panther Lake chips are super efficient and have awesome battery, but they are also quite expensive. At least with Panther Lake though, you have options that use LPCAMM memory (like the Framework 13 Pro or the newer Thinkpads), and Linux is well-supported

Probably. Is it 38, 35, or 40% faster? That may be debatable.
But, yah. It’s absolutely faster than Apple silicon in general.
