“Gender affirming care” means gender affirming for everyone. The same people who hate on trans people getting it are the ones who constantly get breast enlargments, fat reductions, plastic surgery, etc. When they call gender affirming care unnatural and ban it, that magically always only applies to trans and poor people

Never forget to point out the most common* form of gender affirming care is chest/breast reduction for men/young boys.
*maybe a factoid, but I’ve seen it in several places I wouldn’t expect a falsehood to hold up
