Depends on all the angles involved, but it definitely might not be a problem.It is clearly daylight outside, the flash probably messed up the exposure settings
In broad sunlight that flash will at best be a slight fill light, I doubt it would effect the exposure meaningfully.
When activating a flash on most cameras it also often limit the shutter speed to 1/200s, usually when photographing fast objects like planes you want a maximum of 1/1000s to get sharp pictures, preferably about 1/2000s or higher.
Planes in motion want fast shudder.
These two planes were flying together at the same speed, minimal relative motion means, 1/200th is fine
