    definitely AI, so many people are dependant on it, and it even shows that it degrades peoples education as well. ruinings peoples future career/layoffs too.

    Cooking all of our food in industrial oil. Right around the world war One, the world moved to industrial oil for the majority of cooking and fat source in the diet. That’s going to have a huge impact that we’re going to slowly unpack in the future

    Eating the vast majority of food found in supermarkets.

    Aside from raw veggies and plain cuts of meat, about 80% of any food you can buy from any kind of store is classified as “highly processed”, and is therefore complicit in obesity, endocrine disruption, Type 2 diabetes, dementia, and a whole host of health issues that were rare in ancient times.

    And yes, pretty much all “healthy” foods are also considered “highly processed”.

    Regularly taking melatonin to sleep. It’s a hormone and hasn’t been studied nearly enough to understand all of the side effects it has.

    Um smoking weed. I do constantly but I know it will affect my health and quality of life. I’ve smoked for 7 years but I mostly through a bong or vapor carts that aren’t smoke
