Hi all, Liam here, your friendly neighbourhood moderator. Apologies I haven’t been around too much until recently, but I am properly back.
Just a reminder to please hit the report button on bad comments and posts. Do not quote them, do not reply. I know it’s difficult at times, but it’s best to let mods deal with offending users.
Just a reminder of the first 2 rules for this entire Lemmy instance:
- No bigotry - including racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, or xenophobia. Code of Conduct.
- Be respectful, especially when disagreeing. Everyone should feel welcome here.
Due to repeated awful comments, I did have to ban a user recently and remove a few rather hateful comments. Please remember the rules and try to get along. I really won’t hesitate to ban repeat offenders, let’s not have this turn into Reddit eh?
Peace out.
GamingonLinux Liam? Hey there!
That’s me in the eflesh
Hey Liam hope you are well and the site is going good. I used to follow your stuff religiously when I was over on Reddit.
Thanks now you get it here ✌️
Keep up the good work Liam!
Will do 🤟
C’mon peeps…this is Linux Gaming (having fun, playing games and looking for help to get our favorite games to run properly). It’s a community focused on information and support - confrontations and PvP should be reserved for “in-game” experiences only ;).
I saw some spam in a different community. I wanted to report it but I couldn’t find the report button. Do some instances/communities have this turned off, was this added recently, or am I just blind?
