All tws are e-waste junk, I say this as someone who bought a lot of them over the years because they’re very convenient when they work.

Did you try the truthear nova with foam tips? Even in measurements a significant difference can be seen. I really wonder how they compare to variations.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but they do have limited editions like the moondrop beautiful world or their collab dap with shanling and some others.
Also when they get around to making another version don’t they stop making the original? Thus encouraging you to buy the current version in case you might not like the new version and forever miss out on the original.
Moondrop are just spamming products for the FOMO crowd aren’t they?
I thought everything sounded different, then once I got a switch and hooked it up to my fiio k5, and apple dongle, proceeded to press the button without there being ANY indication of sound changing was very eye opening.
The interesting part was that even knowing this, everything still sounds different when not testing. My conclusion is if there are differences they are small and not worth worrying about.
This is exactly why I don’t buy expensive iems, it’s way better for the heart when 100$ piece dies than an 800$ one.
Have a handful of moondrops working fine, but I 've heard too many stories. Every release in the last year had qc problems.
Nos modes usually don’t measure flat, they usually have treble roll-off. The Ru-6 measures like dog doodoo so it sounding different is not hard to believe. I remember the ef400 in nos mode having treble roll of and also having issues with left-right channels being not in phase(don’t play at the same time), and I wonder if the ef600 is the same case.
