We r gearing up to sue someone we hired. Worked for us 10+ years. Made mistakes, took $, etc. we r well documented too & we wonder WHY would they want to go court? But, I’ve learned court can be fickle (the judge). But, principle is also worth fighting for. GLTU!
‘Web services’ LOVE to jump on the BAN-wagon! I went to fivvr, but they didn’t have anyone for me. Upwork did tho. Overall ok, tho, I DO feel I was overcharged a bit… b y … a LAWYER! She didn’t do a real good job, & then quit when I said “we r going to pick this back up 1st qtr. 2024.” I already paid $16,000! & not all material is usable by me. She neglected to do some things I asked too.
I THOUGHT UpWork was ‘weeding out bad hires’? They allude to that anyway. It’s misleading.
