I know right!?! I was hoping this highlight would have the Jimmy and DeMar interaction spliced onto the end of it. The two of them were reenacting the play with DeMar laughing and smiling with a look on his face of “WTF bro…that was egregious”

The mics for the Chicago announcers had some technical difficulties last night and cut out for a good 2 minutes in the game. This play happened right in the middle of that announcer blackout, so it was nothing but the sound of the ball bouncing, sneakers squeaking on the floor, and then a super loud “SKY HOOK!” out of nowhere. It was glorious.

Jimmy Butler is solid gold and will forever be one of my all-time favorite NBA players.
