I mean that’s fair but at the same time I think it’s fair to ask at what point do you draw the line? Especially in this case where the abuse wasn’t a one time thing and he went and violated the restraining order right after. It doesn’t feel like he’s really taken any steps to change or make a positive difference which is tough to do when it seems like the league and his friends are just enabling him by acting like it’s no big deal.
Just about anything other than immediately violating his restraining order to throw pool balls at his victims car and further abuse her in front of his children probably would’ve been a good start.
I don’t think it’s that hot of a take to day he’s pretty far from redemption at this point. We’ve all seen with Mike Vick what someone can do if they actually want to take steps to try and atone for their past.
