Loose string sticking out everywhere, the bill lacked stiffness/seemed off-center and the best was the entire rear half of the cap was some stretchy material (years ago the 39thirty only had stretch in the band of the cap) so it formed a cone shape on the top like this. I made sure they got their money back; fuck Fanatics.
