The ads in terminal show when you use ssh or only command line for the system. It happens when you log in so you mainly see it if you use Ubuntu server or use ssh to get into your computer a lot.

All the investment vehicles that my parents told me to trust have just sucked money away so I have no retirement savings other than whatever is left of theirs when they pass. My vehicle just turned 20 and while it’s reliable, I can’t afford for something to happen to it.

All I have going for me is that I’m not in tremendous debt but that means my credit is poor because I don’t constantly owe people money. My parents were able to get loans without automatic denial based on credit checks because those didn’t exist when they were buying homes. They were able to get a house, watch the value double or triple over the next 15 years, and sell it for a huge profit.

Messages is the only place they don’t spam ads at you. I use the messenger app for work because they think Facebook is the best way to do business communications. Maybe I’ll be able to convince them to switch to something else.

I would add in some rom collections and book repositories as well. The whole library of Nintendo games is under a gig and would go a long way for entertaining people.

I bought the soundtrack… just not interested in a Disney movie right now. Disney is on my shit list and groceries are eating up my entertainment budget.
