Ladies and gentlemen, one of the most educated people in the USA.
Yes, there is no path to resolve the problem of the USA that does not go through all-out civil war. Half the country is completely convinced of an entirely fictional reality and are more than willing to die and to kill to defend it. They are well past the point that evidence of any kind can affect them.
The day will come when their god-emperor tells them to kill and die, and they will.

Even if we were replacing the US with China (we’re not, we’re diversifying), it’s not a bad replacement. Yes, China is awful in many ways. But they’re slowly getting better. The USA, on the other hand, is also awful in many ways and getting way worse incredibly quickly.
We absolutely should. Our manufacturing helped win WWII, and can help Ukraine kick Putin’s ass.
Part of the deal should be Ukrainian troops training Canadian troops how to effectively use the drones. They are definitely a game changing piece of war hardware that we need with such a violent, unhinged enemy nation on our borders.
