His shooting form is very poor and is the cause of this problem which came about because he shoots with his non-dominant hand. Until he seriously overhauls his shooting mechanics (as opposed to hiring his brother as a ‘shooting coach’ and becomes a reliable free throw shooter, he will be a liability on the offensive end.
