i think abandoned places in general have a kind of residual sorrow to them, but this place isn’t too bad. worst are the ones where things have been left. i’ve seen abandoned hospitals that still have medicine left in them, for example.

god i love dragon prince, never talks down and handles some very big issues.
Yeah, we need to get to zero waste as quickly as possible.
yeah, i’m currently just calorie counting because it seems like every single food is going to send me in to an early grave according to the internet.
they’re worse than straws imo, straws at least have a use for disabled people, children, and others who need them for independence.
so i dislike regular vapes because of the amount of children using them, but disposable vapes truly are the worst of the worst. they need to be banned asap
aside from the previously mentioned uses for people with disabilities, i’d also mention straws can be very helpful for young children first learning to become independent. boba would be pretty difficult to drink, too.
i’m trying desperately hard to like Haunting Ground for the PS2 (i’m a big horror game fan) but keep being interrupted from puzzles and exploration by each of the ‘stalker’ enemies. for context, they can’t be killed or gotten rid of permanently, you can only run and hide. it’s a shame because otherwise it’s a very fun and unique game.
i personally have a firefish account but it hasn’t really ‘clicked’ for me. i don’t follow a whole ton of people so my personal feed is pretty slow. i’ve had a couple of meaningful interactions but on there and before the latest elon meltdown i was aware of some interesting ARGs/spooky threads on the birdsite but otherwise i don’t really vibe with microblogging.
i was made aware of spacehey recently and i adore any social media with that level of customization but my issue is that i really don’t have anything to blog about. maybe i need to lead a more exciting life? lol
God, I miss physical keys on phones so much. I currently use a z flip 4 but if it was more like an old style flip phone with a keypad on the bottom I’d be so happy.
i also wish the ‘show read posts’ was a little less picky. personally i’d like it to only work on the main feed but not when i’m browsing specific communities or someone’s profile.
god, i hate this shit. i have a lot of stuffed tied to my google accounts but i think i’m at least going to switch email apps.
Oh yeah I use revanced so no worries for me. I tried NewPipe but the lack of accounts did annoy me
i don’t see how it’s a revolutionary idea that you work based on the wage you’re paid. i get a low wage so i do very little work. i’m trying to get anything better paid but for now i’m giving exactly as much effort as a low wage job requires.
i’ve had a friend recommend amnesia: the bunker too, i need to put it on my wishlist.
thanks for the link! it’s not quite the full experience i was looking for but it’s a step in the right direction and something i certainly hadn’t heard of before.
That sounds fantastic! Do you know the name?
i remember for a period of time it was really easy and completely free to get an .io url. i assume it’s something similar here.
i desperately want a survival horror or walking sim set in the trenches of world war 1 with as close to 100% historical accuracy as possible.
i’ve been an android user for years now and have been using beeper for at least a couple of months. people have been asking for imessage on android for years now and i really don’t know what the issue is. i can understand apple being wary of beeper accessing the imessage server but if they would do it themselves then there wouldn’t be this issue
