The lack of movement in attack. We have four players in attack pretty much standing around in a line of four. It’s completely static. No coming short, no runs and most of all: no quick positional changes. It’s all completely dependent on our wingers using pace or winning a 1v1.

In most matches there is also a gaping hole in the attacking midfield where usually a number 10 would play. Musilia for some reason plays higher up as a secondary striker instead.

There is zero creativity in build up and creating chances and this is not something a holding 6 will fix either.

Do you watch football or do you watch results?

The match was absolutely terrible for 60 minutes and if you choose to ignore the symptons then you’re in denial. The last time the opposition had as many shots on our goal was 15 (!) years ago.

There are clearly other, far bigger problems than not having a holding six.
