I have tried KDE several times, and can’t bring myself to like it.
To each their own.

It was easy to find multiple articles with them bashing nuclear from a simplr Leta search.
I hope the UK government does go hard on nuclear. It’s a good supplement to renewable energy. With the rigjt reactor type, it too could be renewable energy.

Most of the water that leaks out will be cooling water, which means deuterium mixed with normal water. There may be small amounts of tritium in it, but that’s not too worrying either.

Eliminating all of those would be great.

That’s actually not bad. That’s a slow leak that has plenty of time to dilute with the ground water.
Dilution is the solution to pollution.
This is a fearmongering, sensationalist, click baity style article.

Nuclear is cleaner and safer than coal.
In fact, a fly ash pond is both radioactive and full of carcinogenic substances.

I love my friends and family across the pond.
I often pull out that linguistically, my Appalachian dialect of English is closer to Elizabethan English than anything else spoken today. 🙂
In the end, it doesn’t really matter to anyone except pedants.

We found the element, so we got to name it, and it doesn’t matter if it breaks with the naming convention that was already established.
Yeah, I had only joined Lemmy about a month prior, and that was the one suggested by Voyager.

Completely rotten.
They announced that my Lemmy instance was shutting down, so I had to migrate.
Nice to be(e) here.

He hasn’t posted in several hours. Has the hosta taken him hostage?
My brain sees theme and wallpaper interchangeably. Sorry, fixed it.
