There is a specific paragraph in the law stating that computer programms are exempt from private use:
“Dieser Artikel findet keine Anwendung auf Computerprogramme.”

So somehow they specifically excluded computer programs from the article that allows you to download and use everything for yourself.

Difference is when managers fuck up they get a golden parachute, workers just get fired.

No matter how hard you work or how many risks you’re responsible for, everything more than a million in earnimgs a year shouldn’t be allowed.

Compared to the productivity of 30 years ago, we probably work as much as the people back then would have to work in a 70 hour workweek.

Weirdly enough pay didn’t raise close to productivity…
