can’t argue with harden being a non-factor scoring when the clips get a very solid win. If anything its impressive, harden playing passive and kawaii looking absolutely washed and the clips still comfortably smacked the mavs. Love seeing PG and russ cook tho.

I could honestly see a timeline where he becomes a 6th man, and just causes chaos against second units and occasionally explodes for a big game.Obviously not what you want out of your second overall pick but lucking out on sengun gives you something to build around, and Jalen CAN score,alot, sometimes. But I don’t see anything from him that’s tells me he’s primed to make any sort of meaningful jump towards the guy they want him to be. That said his raw athleticism and ability to get hot is valuable.Its year 3 so by the end of this year we should have a pretty clear idea of how much faith ime has in his development and his role with the team.
I don’t know if Ive seen anyone DOWN on wemby, just comparing him to Chet who I think deserves his flowers and has been incredible. It was inevitable the two would be constantly compared and naturally people completely ignore where the two teams are in their respective rebuilds/ what is asked of them from the team and draw wild conclusions from rookie numbers. I think people got so used to wemby being talked about like some godlike figure bestowed upon the basketball world to utterly dominate from day 1 that him proving to be a (fantastic) rookie who does in fact makes rookie mistakes on a bad team has been hard to stomach.
