At this point I feel it’s too late. Unless they purchase a large fleet of aircraft and rotate through randomly, it would be fairly trivial to find what jets happened to be flying to the airport closest to Taylor Swift and make a solid assumption on which one is hers after a few flights.

The problem is more to do with ADSB I think. If I remember correctly, all aircraft in the US must have an ADSB transponder now. That info is broadcast for traffic awareness but also contains a ton of other info like speed, altitude, and most importantly the tail number. That signal can be picked up by anyone within range using very simple radio equipment, sites like ADSB Exhange do this and populate a map. So right now unless they want to rework the entire ADSB system, as long as you know the tail number, you can track anyone’s aircraft live. Delaying this data would make the traffic avoidance impossible.

This happens far too often. Usually on a smaller scale that doesn’t get much media attention but oil and gas companies here seem to almost plan to eventually go bankrupt, abadon the wells and pipelines, and now it’s somebody elses problem to fix while they run off with a slap on the wrist compared to what they earned. There are over 80,000 abandoned wells and another 80,000 inactive (so likely to be abandoned eventually) in Alberta alone. The good news is they make oil & gas companies pay for the cleanup funding yearly but it’s not enough if you ask me.

Roblox may not be hosting the gambling sites but they certainly don’t seem to be trying to stop them. I thought there would be a bunch of hoops you would need to jump through in order to deposit Robux into the gambling site but it just straight up removes it from your Roblox account balance. Is there any legitimate reason as to why that’s a feature? My old account got hacked like 10 years ago and they had more security in place for removing Robux than they do now, at least then they had to deposit all mine into a group and then cash it out, you couldn’t just have it removed.

I think it might still be too early to say for certain. It appears that a lot of the teams working on replication have pretty different outcomes and I think the theoretical studies have shown superconduction may be possible when a very specific structure forms, so maybe the formula just isn’t perfected yet or it needs very specific conditions to form correctly. We’ll know soon enough though, it’s at the very least still an interesting material that deserves more looking into.
