I’m a Thunder fan.
Gotta give major props to Orlando for their success and loving how they are locking teams down with the top ranked defense in the league.

What are other precedents with the NBA for what type of punishment to expect if this is proven true?
It’s gotta be at least a lengthy suspension from the NBA. Any examples of how the NBA had responded previously? The first name that came to my mind was Chris “Birdman” Anderson about ten years ago.
Chet is top 20 in PER, Win Shares, WS/48, BPM and VORP.
Let me get this straight.
Shai is literally top three in the NBA in PER, WS, WS/48, BPM and VORP, not to mention the highest rated non center (Jokic and Embiid) in the league.
His team is tied for the fourth best record with the third best point differential and yet he can’t get a sniff on the first, second or third team?
Your list should be revised.
Yep, Jalen had ten 4th quarter points and was instrumental in their comeback. Sorry that he’s out tonight.
It’s early but it is quite possible he’s already a top 40 player in the league and possibly higher based on some advanced metrics.
Grant Williams probably thought Dennis was Chris Rock.
Julius Randle is A.
Basketball Reference has five advanced stats and this is where Chet Holmgren ranks in each of the five: 16th PER, 9th Win Shares, 7th WS/48, 12th BPM and 13th VORP.
We’re only twenty percent of the way through the season and advance stats identify Chet as no worse than a top 20 player this season. In fact, his aggregate score of all those advanced metrics has a ranking of 11.4.
Is he already a top twenty player?
