You’re right, we will need FCA license. Hoping to get a PI first to cover the money movement and act as an agent for a EMI for safeguarding client funds. Will take about 250k it fees and capital reserves to keep them happy.

It’s tricky, in the UK we also have protected names that we can’t use, like “Bank” and “Fund” unless you have the right license.

😂 Domain name is the first thing to check. I see a lot of startups putting prefixes on their domain names, instead of “wallet.co.uk” it’s “getwallet” or “trywallet”.
