I genuinely think Tim Boyle might be the worst QB I’ve ever seen, sans Kendall Hinton. I can’t believe this guy is worse than, like, Scott Tolzien. Fucking Josh Rosen completed like 3 deep balls with us.

Jesus Christ Tua
God, I want to see a whole season of him playing like trash.
Nah. Between the lawsuit and his tenure with the Dolphins looking worse and worse in retrospect after every game, I doubt he sniffs a head coach job for a few years. He’s a great defensive mind with a clear scheme and vision but he doesn’t have the temperament or personnel skills to be a head coach imo. Even outside of Tua, our gametime roster decisions under Flores were pretty consistently bad.
Nokia X100. Shit sucks but it was cheap and it works.
Arthur Smith is a less cracked out Adam Gase and I’m ready for him to be gone. Atrocious roster management.
There has never been someone who needs to touch grass more than you.
Your setup is fine, better than what 95% of people have.
As far as where to listen to music, literally any streaming service. (Free) YouTube has some pretty noticeable compression on everything but the differences between Spotify, Tidal, Qobuz, Amazon, whatever other platform are so minute that you will never hear them unless you are meticulously A/B testing them together, and even then a lot of that could be placebo.
I personally went with Tidal back when I was chasing audio fidelity a year and a half or so ago and I ditched Spotify for it since they’re the same price (I’m on Tidal’s HiFi tier, not the Max one) and I wanted to reset my discovery algorithm. Spotify was recommending me the same albums for years on end even when my tastes were broadening out past just prog metal, so I wanted to reset. I also didn’t want podcasts clogging up my feed because I use a separate app for that. In general Tidal and Spotify are 90% similar to each other, with Spotify having more social features (which I don’t care about at all) and Tidal having more in terms of information about the artists, which is pretty cool. Tidal’s a little buggier but it rarely has an impact that lasts more than, say, 10 seconds. I don’t think you can truly go wrong with any of the big streaming platforms though, so do whatever your budget allows.
I definitely think the stigma has lightened up in the last 5 or so years with wages and rent being what they are, but I definitely would advise young people to try to have their own place if they can swing it, even if that means having roommates. It’s a big, necessary step in life and I think it’s good for young people to taste that freedom well before having to worry about marriage, kids, whatever else usually comes for people soon after. There’s no shame in not doing that if you can’t/don’t want to, but my relationship with my parents became infinitely better once I wasn’t living under their roof anymore and I don’t regret dealing with roommates in exchange for being able to call my own shots.
Lol no. Anyone telling you differently is full of shit and trying to cope their way into justifying a dumb purchase.
Swapped out my DT770 for a DT700, but that’s it.
Crinacle has become so much less interesting to me over the last year or so.
Why do we have a whole second Modern Warfare trilogy?
THE ALIEN
Is she unhappy with just any amount of noise coming from them or are you seriously blasting your music? I can only hear noise bleed from my 600s if someone is listening to them like right next to me. If the latter I’d lower your volume before you damage your hearing.
Like all the other answers here, I’ll say get a closed back headphone or IEMs. IEMs probably sound a bit clearer to me but closed backs are more comfortable (for me) and have better soundstage, if you care about that.
HD600, cliche as it is. Heard them for 5 seconds and was like “yup, this is it”.
My personal favorite is the Panasonic Leica 10-25mm f/1.7 on M43 mount. I definitely don’t use it the most since it’s huge and I don’t like taking it out for fun, but for any paid jobs I’m doing, this is the go-to.
The PL 12-60mm f/2.8-4 probably lives more on my camera since it’s smaller and I feel better taking it in public.
I keep the door to this room closed when I’m gone and thankfully she’s never gone for my headphones.
I’ll let you know when I feel that, lol.
I guess the biggest affirmative moment for me this year was getting some of my photos printed in a magazine. That was a first and definitely helped me feel pretty legitimate in that moment.
I’ve made my living at least in part through videography and photography for almost 8 years now. I feel like I’ve primarily worked shitty/lower-end jobs in that time but I’ve gotten almost universal praise along the way from those places and any other miscellaneous freelance jobs I’ve had as well, so I guess that’s something. I’m starting another job in marketing and video in a week and change so hopefully that feeling will change. I definitely feel like a professional, but I’d be lying if I said I’ve ever felt like I “made it”.
So I didn’t watch this, obviously. Does Herbert just suck now or what?
