Rivals of Aether is like a PC smash brothers knockoff but it’s actually really fun and has a lot of mods for community made characters. I really recommend it.

4th gen is very old, so windows being really bloated and inefficient probably cut support for it.

Try linux if you are interested. The day to day performance is actually really good (except gaming ofc)

I don’t think debian is good for first time users because:

• the downloads page 🗿
• sudo isn’t setup out of the box
• most guides refer to ubuntu 20.04/22.04

tbh I like mint, but for people that want to learn linux I think ubuntu is better.

There’s more people using it, so you get better support, and there’s other flavpurs available so things like kde and xfce are supported well right out the box

I don’t recommend wsl because it bodges the worst part of windows (windows terminal) onto linux. Also, it’s much nicer to learn in a vm where you are learning actual linux, instead of MS’ interpretation of linux.

Norway has 5,391,369 people, and assuming ~40% use facebook, that’s 2 million people that use facebook. 36.5 million dollars per year of fines mean that it’s 18 dollars per user per year.

Facebook has 2 billion users worldwide, and has a revenue of 33 billion every year. If all of those 2 billion users fined facebook for 18 dollars per year, that’s their whole revenue gone.

It just doesn’t have that much effect right now because it’s only norway doing it.

if that doesn’t work, look up how to enter your specific laptop’s BIOS settings. There, you should find the boot order menu to switch to booting from that usb.

Seriously though, I love kde neon so much. KDE being rolling release is a bit confusing at first, but you basically get the best of both worlds in terms of rolling and LTS releases.
